Asian Sauté Baby Broccolini - Gluten Free Optional

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon canola oil or any neutral oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • I pound baby broccolini or any baby leafy green will work
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, Tamari if you are GF
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • I splash hot chili oil (optional)

Directions:

  • 1. Heat wok or sauté pan on med heat until hot 
  • 2. Add oil
  • 3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds 
  • 4. Add baby greens
  • 5. Add soy and chicken stock
  • 6. Sauté with lid on for 5 minutes
