How to poach the perfect egg is an art right? It’s really very easy. And the possibilities are endless from topping salads, meats and sandwiches or even as an afternoon snack. You can also pre-poach eggs and rewarm them when you are ready, in very warm water for 30 seconds.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups water right below a boil
  • splash of vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • Eggs 4-6 (or add more water for more eggs) Cook for 3 minutes

Directions:

  • Swirl the water while adding egg, this will help keep the eggs tight
