These are great as a snack or even better on salads.

Ingrediants:

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 egg whites beaten until frothy 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

 

Directions:

  • 1. Beat egg whites until frothy
  • 2. Add sugar
  • 3. Add walnuts and toss until completely coated
  • 4. Add salt
  • 5. Bake on 350 for 10 minutes per side, turning once
