Asian Dressing with Tahini - Gluten Free Optional

This Dressing is so delish and super fast to make.  It is also great as a dip with veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (use Tamari Soy Sauce for GF)
  • 2 tablespoon tahini (this is easy to find in most grocery stores but if not you will definitely find it in a middle eastern store)
  • 1/3 cup sesame oil 
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Directions:

  • In a blender or food processor blend shallot and rice wine vinegar
  • Add all other ingredient but oils and blend for 30 seconds
  • While blender is on add oils in a slow stream
  • Add to salad
